CME begins each project by working with the client to define the project goals
and objectives. This collaboration helps to develop a clear scope of work and to determine the extent of
architectural services required to meet the project needs.
This process is similar for all project types and typically involves several subsequent design phases.
The Client's input in each phase is critical for project success.
When required, we coordinate our architectural services with CME's Civil and
Structural Engineers. We have also developed professional relationships with specialized
resources such as:
- Landscape Architects
- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Safety Engineers
- Architectural Historians
Consultants such as these may be called upon to work on the project, if deemed necessary. Including the consultants in each phase as the project progresses ensures optimum coordination and efficiency.
