The staff of CME Architecture has worked closely with municipalities to understand the needs of their communities and to develop public assets that answer those needs. Our team has designed facilities for parks and athletic fields and venues for multi-purpose functionality.

PUTNAM FARMERS' MARKET PAVILION
Putnam, CT :: The Town of Putnam selected CME to develop engineering plans for the site and architectural design for the new Putnam Farmers' Market Pavilion. The structure serves as an open-air marketplace for local farmers during the growing season and provides a sheltered venue for local public events. The pavilion is situated at the south end of town within walking distance to downtown businesses and adjacent to a riverfront park. CME was responsible for designing the adjoining walking path through Simonzi Park and providing plans for shoreline stabilization along the Quinebaug River.

OTHER WORK

CME works closely with corporations and Towns to develop suitable commercial building designs that work within the established local aesthetic.
