COMMERCIAL SITE ANALYSIS
Norwich & Colchester, CT :: CME assisted Konover Properties, a large commercial developer, in evaluating various sites in the Norwich and Colchester areas of Connecticut. CME reviewed the goals for each site with the developer, reviewed the applicable regulations, reviewed the site's resources including access, egress, sewer and water connections, wetland areas, and area traffic flows. CME also provided base mapping for each site and multiple conceptual plans illustrating proposed layouts for the desired development. From these plans and reports, Konover was able to make decisions as to the risk of developing the parcel vs. the potential reward.
