Mr. Cheney is a Civil Engineer and Land Surveyor with substantial experience in municipal engineering. His 25+ years of experience cover a wide range of civil engineering projects including large subsurface sewage system design, sanitary landfill operation and closing designs, roadway and drainage design, traffic studies and commercial real estate design and plan reviews. He is very knowledgeable regarding the processes used by local boards and commissions in setting up their regulations, their review of projects and their statutory obligations in project permitting.

Mr. Cheney's area of specialty is in waste water management and disposal. He is a registered Sanitarian in the State of Connecticut and provides these services to area municipalities. He has years of experience in the design of large scale septic systems as well as alternatives to conventional methods.

As President and Chief Executive Officer of CME, Mr. Cheney has overall responsibility for the operations of the Company, including technical project management, quality control, market development, and financial management. He also serves as Project Engineer on selected projects and currently leads CME's assignment as Town Engineer for the Towns of Webster and Sturbridge, Massachusetts.
