Mr. Eaton has over 15 years of valuable experience providing Design, Review, Inspection and Construction Administration services for private, commercial, industrial and municipal clients throughout the northeast. As a Professional Engineer and a NICET Level II Construction Inspector, Mr. Eaton is licensed to perform inspections and provide oversight for roadway reconstruction and pavement reclamation, stormwater and drainage installations, utilities connections, septic and sewer construction, grading and site preparation and concrete slabs and foundations. As Town Engineer for several Connecticut and Massachusetts towns, Mr. Eaton reviews and approves plans for all types of developmental and municipal projects, including inspection during and after construction. Mr. Eaton frequently designs storm water treatment systems, erosion and sediment control plans and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans for private and municipal clients in addition to site and infrastructure design. Mr. Eaton also provides permitting and bidding assistance on many of his projects.
