Mr. Guszkowski has over 10 years of experience as a planner. He has served as Town Planner for the Towns of Thompson and Woodstock, CT. He also acted as primary researcher, author, editor and cartographer for the comprehensive Regional Plan of Conservation and Development for the Capitol Region Council of Governments, Hartford, CT. His knowledge of municipal governments, regulations, and the permitting process on local and state levels is an invaluable resource to developers.

Mr. Guszkowski is also experienced in grant writing, research and administration. He has assisted in the procurement of over a million dollars in grant funds for municipalities across Connecticut.
