Wayne Bugden is a hydrogeologist with over 20 years of experience in the environmental sciences. He has conducted and managed environmental site assessments, hydrogeologic studies and hazardous material cleanups at sites throughout the northeastern U.S. As a Licensed Environmental Professional (CT LEP #357), Mr. Bugden is authorized to verify site cleanup under a variety of State programs. He has secured permits for water diversion associated with construction, mining and the development of public and industrial water supplies.

Mr. Bugden has a thorough knowledge of environmental laws and programs, and has developed a strong working relationship with regulatory personnel within local, State and Federal agencies.
