PLANNING CONSULTANT: TOWN OF ESSEX
Essex, CT :: In 2008, the Town of Essex selected CME to act as their consultant planner and recently renewed that contract for 2009-2010. Through this contract, CME provides plan review, attends public meetings, assists the public in interpreting the regulations, assist the town with grant applications, and other functions.

Through the success of this contract, CME's original contract was extended to include the performance of Sanitarian services which include infrastructure planning, inspection, plan reviews, quality control and permitting and the performance of an Affordable Housing Study for the town.
