CME's seasoned field crew is expert in providing construction layout, support and final location plans. CME's crew provides benchmarks, elevations, field locations for all manners of structures and utilities locations, utility layouts, and other services.

Upon completion of the survey, CME can provided clients with detailed final location surveys to verify that modifications and proposed structures built on site are being done as indicated on the approved site plan. The information gathered is done to the specification of the local or state entity or to the degree required by lending institutions.

NAVAL HOUSING CONSTRUCTION
Groton, CT :: CME provided surveying and civil engineering for the federal government's prime contractor for the naval housing privatization project a the naval base in Groton/New London. CME conducted boundary and topographic survey, site development plans, demolition plans, roadway design and construction staking for three housing developments off of CT Route 12.
