CME Architecture provided programming for a Master Plan for the entire property, development of a facility preservation plan which includes a 180-seat auditorium, vaults, offices, collection storage and exhibition areas, restoration of the original round top windows and accessibility improvements. Other services provided include roof rehabilitation and drainage improvements.

The Hall once served as the Town Hall and is now the Headquarters of the Woodstock Historical Society located in a National Register Historic District.
