CME provided oversight for all phases of the project as reconstruction of the roadway was carried out. The vast range of responsibilities included:

  • Organizing and conducting pre-construction and weekly status meetings
  • Reviewing of contractor pay requests
  • Preparing change orders
  • Coordinating efforts between town utility departments and contractors
  • Performing periodic and final inspections
  • Preparing punch lists and letter of substantial completion at the conclusion of the project
