CME conducted comprehensive Phase I, Phase II and Phase III Environmental Site Assessments at the Highway Garage Property. Environmental issues included:
- Salt plumes in overburden and bedrock aquifers
- Underground storage tank closure
- Gasoline and diesel contamination in soil and groundwater
- Historical floor drain and septic system discharge
- Large area of disposed debris and other fill materials
- Waste oil contamination
