Conducted research, wrote and edited the Regional Plan of Conservation and Development for Hartford and its surrounding communities. Coordinated efforts among the 29 municipalities that comprise the Capitol region to create guidelines that define areas for development and conservation and provide policy that regulates growth for future generations.
