CME studied the feasibility of future development and utilization of the Central Connecticut State University East Campus property and several adjoining and nearby parcels. The project was performed in three phases.

Phase One involved gathering, compiling and reviewing a variety of data including the development of site base mapping; site data collection and analysis; site traffic data collection and analysis; site development potential and program; existing network traffic volumes; future traffic volumes and trip generations; assignment of future network traffic volumes.

In Phase Two, CME prepared three layouts including alternate roadway schemes and site designs. The final phase involves the formalization of a Master Plan, currently underway. CME also prepared the rendering picture left.
