A knowledgeable team focused on use of advanced technologies to create high-quality mapping and imaging in support of internal and external clients.
CME’s Land Surveying team is highly experienced in collecting field data and developing detailed mapping. Whether you need existing conditions mapping for a proposed development, verification of boundary lines, or extensive mapping of infrastructure systems, our team has the skills and experience to deliver clear, accurate survey maps to help support your project.
In order to fully understand the needs of a project, our surveying team works closely with our clients and engineering staff during the earliest stages of the project to review the project goals learn the intricate pieces of a landscape, infrastructure system, or structure that are essential to the design project. They then apply the best methods to collect, capture and depict the information for the design teams.
CME uses a variety of technologies including Electronic Total Stations and data collectors, GPS systems, Terrestrial LiDAR, and Bathymetric equipment to gather field information. Typical projects include mapping and layout for roadway reconstruction projects, scanning of structures and roadways, establishing horizontal and vertical control for design and construction work, location of utilities and critical infrastructure, and hydrographic modeling.
